Woman, 63 years old, came from Russia in 1993. In 1996, she decided to buy an apartment in Beit Shemesh, and appealed to the mediator. Female real estate agent said that she will have to sign the documents for other customers who buy an apartment with it, and what other buyers to sign documents for her. Broker presented the issue as a matter of form.
Later broker invited a woman to the bank, where she was asked to sign the documents presented to it by an employee of the bank, which is not explained to her that she signed.
In 2007, against a woman filed a statement of claim, the bank demanded payment guarantees. The court rejected the claim of the bank, and demanded that the bank paid the woman 30,000 shekels in compensation costs.
